  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and flour, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the batter.
  6. Pour batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
