  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with keto-friendly syrup or berries.
