  • 1 cup (240ml) warm milk

  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk and egg, then knead until a dough forms.
  3. Incorporate softened butter and knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
