  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
