Garlic Butter Steak Sandwich

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
  6. Cook garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return steak to skillet and coat with garlic butter.
  8. Toast hoagie rolls lightly.
  9. Fill rolls with steak and top with provolone cheese.
  10. Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
