Garlic Butter Zucchini Noodles

A quick and healthy dish made with zucchini noodles tossed in garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh zucchini for best texture.
