With a gooey center of cheddar, parmesan, and seasoned ground beef, they’re the ultimate comfort food—perfect as a party appetizer or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until combined and melty.
  4. Flatten each biscuit, spoon some of the beef and cheese mixture into the center, then fold and seal the edges completely.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the filling with other cheeses or even add pickles for extra zing. These freeze well, so make a double batch and save some for later!
