Perfect for parties, game nights, or family dinners!
1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic and stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and drain excess grease.
Stir in diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and brush with additional butter, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little extra Parmesan if desired.
You can substitute the cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor twist.
Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, garlic aioli, or ranch.
These reheat perfectly in an air fryer for 2–3 minutes!
