Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic and stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and drain excess grease.

  • Stir in diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese until evenly combined.

  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.

  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

  • Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Remove from oven and brush with additional butter, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor twist.

  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, garlic aioli, or ranch.

  • These reheat perfectly in an air fryer for 2–3 minutes!
