Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
