  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool completely before slicing.
