  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 gluten-free pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in gluten-free flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened.
  4. Add chicken, carrots, peas, and celery. Mix well.
