  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. While baking, mix powdered sugar and milk to make the icing.
  9. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.

  • Use a gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum for best results.
