  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and milk, whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter, swirl to coat the pan.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, cook another 30 seconds.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
