Gluten-Free Granola Bars

Homemade gluten-free granola bars packed with oats, nuts, and honey for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, almonds, cranberries, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  3. Warm almond butter and honey in a saucepan until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish.
  7. Chill for 2 hours, then cut into bars.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Substitute maple syrup for honey if vegan.
  • Add seeds or other nuts for variation.
