Gluten-Free Meatballs

A simple and delicious recipe for gluten-free meatballs, perfect for any meal.

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2-3 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side dish.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
