  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
  4. Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish with additional whipped cream or a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
