Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, tapioca flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Let the batter rise for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
