Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, olive oil, and honey until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
