Ingredients

  • 100g active gluten-free sourdough starter
  • 10g salt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
  2. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Add salt, honey, and olive oil. Knead lightly.
  4. Let dough rise for 4-6 hours.
  5. Shape dough into a loaf.
  6. Place in a proofing basket and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool before slicing.
