  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grill to high. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Rest steaks for 5 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in a pan. Cook shallot until soft.
  5. Add wine, broth, and thyme. Simmer until reduced by half.
