  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 200g halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, halloumi cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the vegetables and halloumi onto skewers, alternating between them.
