  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and cook for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  3. Stir in the chopped bok choy and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the gyoza dumplings to the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
