  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a skull-shaped cake mold.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin.
  5. Pour into the mold. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the mold.
  7. Decorate with icing or melted chocolate for a spooky effect.
