  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, mashed banana, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
