Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add bell peppers, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve immediately.
