Herb Butter Dinner Rolls

Soft and fluffy dinner rolls infused with herb butter for a rich, aromatic flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, egg, and herbs.
  3. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with extra herb butter while warm.
