High protein berry yogurt bark

A simple, high-protein snack made with yogurt and berries. Perfect for a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper.
  4. Top with berries and granola.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.
