High protein cottage cheese flatbread

A simple high-protein flatbread made with cottage cheese. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the pan and spread evenly.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form.
  5. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

  • Use a blender for a smoother batter.
  • Adjust thickness by adding more or less oat flour.
