  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables soften.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the meat mixture.
  7. Sprinkle cheeses evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Use 93% lean ground beef for best results.
  • Add hot sauce for extra spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
