A fresh and nutritious high-protein salmon poke bowl packed with flavors.

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh salmon, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and lime juice.
  3. Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the bottom.
  4. Top with marinated salmon, avocado slices, diced cucumber, and shredded carrots.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Use sushi-grade salmon for safety.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
