1 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups cubed bread
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
