  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked rice or noodles
  • 1 green onion (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Mix in honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
  7. Garnish with green onion.
