  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the glaze.
  5. Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 35-40 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
