Honey Garlic Salmon

A simple and flavorful honey garlic salmon recipe that’s quick to prepare. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush half the sauce over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Brush remaining sauce over cooked salmon.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired.
