Honey Garlic Salmon with Broccoli Rice

A simple and healthy dish featuring honey-glazed salmon served with broccoli rice.

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups broccoli rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Coat salmon fillets with the mixture.
  4. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. While salmon cooks, sauté broccoli rice in a pan for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve salmon over broccoli rice.
