Irresistible Honey Glazed Salmon Fillet in Just 25 Minutes

Honey glazed salmon fillet is a simple and flavorful dish with a sweet and savory glaze. You bake the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  7. Brush the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon before serving.

Notes

  • You can use maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the thickest part of the fillet.
  • Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes after baking.
