  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
