  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine crushed pretzels, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg and water.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the honey mustard mixture, then the egg, and finally coat with the pretzel mixture.
  6. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
