1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat evenly.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
