  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Wood chips for smoking (hickory or applewood)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  4. Soak wood chips in water for about 30 minutes, then drain.
  5. Place the turkey breast in the smoker and add the wood chips to the smoker box.
  6. Smoke the turkey breast for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the turkey from the smoker and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
