A delicious and nutritious bowl featuring sweet potatoes, beef, and hot honey cottage cheese for a flavor-packed meal.

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the sweet potato with a fork, then bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. While the sweet potato is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with hot honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the sweet potato is cooked, slice it open and fluff the inside with a fork.
  6. Top the sweet potato with the cooked ground beef and the hot honey cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
