Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  5. Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

  • Squeeze excess water from thawed spinach to prevent a watery dip.
  • For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce.
