  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add egg whites, vanilla, and almond extract. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and roll in pine nuts, pressing lightly.
  5. Place on baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
