Jalapeño Cucumber Margarita mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic margarita with jalapeño and cucumber flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or Tajín seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Muddle cucumber and jalapeño slices in a pitcher.
  2. Add lime juice and agave syrup, stir well.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with cucumber or jalapeño slices.
  6. Sprinkle salt or Tajín on the rim if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeño amount for preferred spice level.
  • Use honey instead of agave if preferred.
  • Best served immediately.
