  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 1/2 lb chicken, diced
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  3. Add chicken and sausage, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in shrimp, diced tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, and paprika.
  5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
