  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour eggs into the skillet and cook until edges set.
  4. Lift edges to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
  5. Add avocado and bacon to one half of the omelet.
