Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make keto-friendly casserole packed with bacon, cheese, and ground beef.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread the cooked beef in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the beef.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese is golden.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • You can add diced onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
