  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken thigh with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the bacon-wrapped chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side until the bacon starts to crisp.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
