1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and the cauliflower is coated with the cheese mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes.
This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
