  • 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Combine cheese sauce with cauliflower in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
